RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Need to make a return or exchange at our store location? We offer returns within 7 days of the receipt issue date. Please ensure you bring the item(s) in their original packaging, unopened, along with the receipt. Store credit will be issued for returns.

We also offer exchanges for items of the same value or higher. To process an exchange, you must bring the item you wish to exchange along with your receipt to the register.

Please note that sale or promo items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING POLICY:

By choosing to ship your items from our store location, you acknowledge and accept that an authorization charge may be applied to your card. This initial authorization charge is required to secure funds for the actual shipping cost, which will be charged to your card once your order has been packed and shipped.

You understand that the authorization amount may change to reflect the final shipping cost within 1-3 business days. Note that your bank may hold the authorization for a longer period, depending on their policies.
